Bholaa movie review
Story:
Senior cop Tabu catches cocaine worth several crores while being transported by Vineet Kumar and Deepak Dobriyal.
Following this, Tabu escapes Deepak Dobriyal’s trap in whcih most of the cops are intoxicated.
She has to take the cops to the hospital and seeks the help of Ajay Devgn, a prisoner who is released and eager to see his daughter for the first time.
How all this ends, was Ajay Devgn able to complete the task forms the rest of the story.
Analysis:
Bholaa stays faithful to Kaithi as far as the core storyline is concerned. The difference between these films, however, lies in the execution.
Ajay Devgn has done a decent job as the film’s director. He also shines in the titular character.
Tabu, as always, is mind-blowing. She is brilliant in well choreographed action sequences.
Deepak Dobriyal is impressive in his role and is meancing.
Gajraj Rao is almost unrecognisable with the kind of get-up he has and the accent he nails, and he gives his best.
Vineet Kumar and rest of the cast have done their part well.
Ravi Basrur’s background score is good, but loud at time. Aseem Bajaj’s camerawork is impressive.
