Atharvaa Murali’s Thanal out on OTT
Thanal, the 2025 Tamil crime thriller starring Atharvaa Murali in the lead role, is now available for streaming on OTT.
Prime Video has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film and is streaming Thanal.
Apart from Atharvaa Murali, the film also features Lavanya Tripathi as the female lead and Ashwin Kakamanu as antagonist, among others.
The film is directed by Ravindra Madhava, with music scored by Justin Prabhakaran. Thanal is shot by cinematographer Sakthi Saravanan and edited by Kalaivanan R.
The film majorly takes place in one day and begins with six newly-appointed constables who even before collecting their appointment orders, are asked to go for night rounds by their seniors.
During their night patrol, the constables come across suspicious activities taking place in one of the settlements, leading them to probe into who are orchestrating them.
