Atharvaa explains gap in Telugu film career
Actor Atharvaa Murali says the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted his plans to establish himself in Telugu cinema after appearing in Gaddalakonda Ganesh.
Speaking during the promotions for his upcoming film Idhayam Murali, Atharvaa said he had signed Telugu projects after the success of Gaddalakonda Ganesh but the pandemic and existing Tamil film commitments prevented those projects from moving forward.
He expressed interest in returning to Telugu films in the future and said he hopes to take up a full-fledged Telugu project soon.
Idhayam Murali is scheduled for release on July 10 and features Kayadu Lohar, Preity Mukhundhan and an ensemble supporting cast, with Fahadh Faasil making a special appearance.
