Arulnithi’s Demonte Colony 3 set for June release
The third instalment of the popular horror franchise, Demonte Colony 3, starring Arulnithi and directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, is gearing up for a theatrical release, with reports indicating a likely arrival in the final week of June.
With shooting now wrapped up, the makers are progressing swiftly with post-production work to meet the targeted release window. The film was earlier slated for a summer 2026 release, and an official announcement regarding the exact date is expected soon.
The first-look poster, unveiled earlier this year, hinted at the film’s dark and intense tone, featuring Arulnithi in Demonte’s eerie attire seated amid corpses. The visual has heightened expectations among fans of the franchise.
The cast includes Priya Bhavani Shankar, reprising her role from the sequel, along with Meenakshi Govindarajan and Archana Ravichandran in key roles. Music for the film is composed by Sam C. S..
Produced by Sudhan Sundaram, Manish Singhal and Durgaram Choudhary, the film features cinematography by Sivakumar Vijayan and editing by Kumaresh D.
The franchise, which began with the 2015 hit Demonte Colony, revolves around a supernatural curse tied to a haunted mansion and the spirit of John Demonte, continuing across timelines and generations.
