Anumol opposite Mohan in ‘Haraa’ directed by Vijay Sri G

Shoot complete and film gears up for festival release

‘Haraa’, a film that marks the comeback of actor Mohan in an action role after fourteen years, will feature well-known Malayalam actress Anumol opposite him.

In between the shooting schedules of the film, director Vijay Sri G was seriously injured in a road accident and the shoot was delayed due to his medical treatment.

Meanwhile, following the action-packed first look and teaser of ‘Haraa’, Mohan has been roped in to play the antagonist in Vijay-starrer ‘Thalapathy 68’, produced by AGS Entertainment and directed by Venkat Prabhu.

Due to this, when the shooting of ‘Haraa’ resumed recently, Anumol was roped in as Mohan’s pair as the dates of Mohan and another popular actress who was supposed to be the heroine did not match with the new schedule. Director Vijay Sri G said that Anumol has performed well and her character will be talked about.

He also said, “The final phase of the shoot, which was going on briskly in Kothagiri, has been successfully completed. Following this, the post-production work is going on in full swing. ‘Haraa’ will be released in theaters soon during festival season.”

Coimbatore S P Mohan Raj and G Media Jaya Sri Vijay produce ‘Haraa’, whose main idea is to make children aware of IPC rules, right from the time they are in school.

‘Haraa’ which is being made with a big budget has an ensemble of star cast including Yogi Babu, ‘Powder’ fame Anithra Nair, Charuhaasan, Suresh Menon, Vanitha Vijayakumar, ‘Mottai’ Rajendran, Singam Puli, Deepa, Mime Gopi, Chaams, Koushik and Santhosh Prabhakar among others.
