She added: “For those of you who wish to learn more & donate to this cause, please DM @raghini.muralidharan I will continue to highlight charitable causes thru my #bake&sing sessions… each little bit counts, and together we can make a difference.”
Meanwhile, in a latest video, shared with her followers on social media the recipe for Thai red-curry. Andrea, who uploaded photos and videos she cooking the curry, posted: “I like to save my Thai curry leftovers and eat it later, over a bowl of rice noodles 🥰 it always tastes better the next day!”
Giving the recipe, the Viswaroopam actress, who is currently busy with Vijay’s Master and other projects, said, “My fave Thai red curry 👩🏻🍳 I love my curry with lots of flavor and lots of veggies 💗 A lot of people think they need fancy ingredients to make a good Thai curry, but I discovered some easy tricks on the Internet to make a restaurant style Thai curry @ home 🍜
1- use fresh garlic & ginger
2- sautee the veggies in butter & curry paste
2- don’t be stingy with coconut milk(I use 400 ml)
3- a little stock cube goes a long way! (Chicken or veg depending on the curry being made)
4- in the absence of fresh lemongrass, add two lemongrass sticks while the curry is simmering, they add a lot of aroma !
5- garnish with fresh coriander & spring onion, always packs a nice punch
