Andhagan team starts shooting for the film
Prashanth was last seen on screen in the movie Johny. He is now part of the remake of the Bollywood flick Andhadhun.
The title of the movie was recently announced as Andhagan. The team has now commenced shooting with the auspicious pooja. The movie was originally slated to be directed by J J Fredrick will now be helmed by Prashanth’s father and veteran director Thiyagarajan.
Simran plays the female lead in the movie. It is worth noting that the onscreen combination of Prashanth and Simran was a big hit in the 1990s.
Thiyagarajan has directed Prashanth in several movies in the past including Aanazhagan, Shock and Mambattiyan.
