G V Prakash Kumar starrer Sarvam Thaala Mayam, directed by Rajiv Menon, was originally slated to hit the screens on Friday (December 28). But the makers announced earlier this week that the film’s release has been postponed.
Even as fans were wondering as to when the flick would see the light of day, A R Rahman, who has composed music for STM, has come out with an update.
The Oscar-Grammy winner, who is the maternal uncle of GVP, has posted online: “பீட்டரின் உலகை உலுக்கும் கேள்வி ஒன்றைக் கேட்கிறாள் சாரா. அந்தக் கேள்விக்கான விடையை பீட்டர் தேடும் பயணம் – சர்வம் தாளமயம். பிப்ரவரி 2019 முதல்.@mindscreencine @gvprakash.”
With this tweet, it has been confirmed that the movie would release only in February, weeks after the release of superstar Rajinikanth’s Petta and Ajith’s Viswasam.
The film stars G. V. Prakash Kumar and Aparna Balamurali in the lead roles, with a supporting cast including Nedumudi Venu, Vineeth, Santha Dhananjayan and Kumaravel. The film features music composed by A. R. Rahman and cinematography by Ravi Yadav.
Veteran cinematographer P C Sreeram tweeted recently: “SarvamThaalaMayam – An interesting film about mans passion for music.Great performance by Gvprakash& Needumudivenu. Best wishes to rajeevmenon & team.”
