It seems there are two villains in the upcoming film of superstar Rajinikanth, which is being directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Sun Pictures.
While it has already been announced that Vijay Sethupathi is on board the prestigious project, it was announced on Wednesday evening that Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is also playing a key role in the flick.
Buzz in K-town is that both are playing dreaded villains in this movie, in which Rajini is playing a college professor and don.
Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for the film and Tirru of ’24’ fame is cranking the camera. Sources also say that both Bobby Simha and Sanath will be seen as Rajinikanth’s sons in the film.
Tipped to be an action drama, the yet-untitled film already has a gue star cast which includes Vijay Sethupathi, Bobby Simha, Sanath Reddy, Megha Akash, Deepak Paramesh and Munishkanth in key roles.
Produced by Sun Pictures on a massive scalel, the movie has music by Anirudh Ravichander, who is for the first time composing for a ‘thalaivar’ movie.
Recently, reports said that in a flashback sequence, Rajinikanth has combination scenes with a close friend role in the yet-untitled film for which the team is said to have approached Fahadh. However, the claim was denied later.
